More updates to ruby store

moved credentials and hostname to ENV to work with Heroku config
moved login from internal api methods to api handshake (get access token from login done in 7digital)
added some links to show other stores
fixed issue with refresh when changing store country
Bundler with gems added for Heroku
Config.ru added
